Your post caught my eye because I'm currently in the middle of an experiment on how companies engage customers through social media. The twist is I'm examining the issue from a customer's perspective. So far, I'm seeing a lot of 'media' and very little 'social'. I'd welcome your comments and insight!



Thanks for sharing how you use social media platforms. In the future, it will be interesting to see how technology directs our choices for online branding.

Good point: Each online platform serves specific consumer informational needs.

I use LinkedIn to connect and brain-storm with fellow professionals, whereas Facebook is more about developing (and extending) your personal brand.
